Product Information
Multivitamin and multimineral formula specially developed for women from 18 years of age. With Vitamin D (compared to previous formulas) which contributes to normal Calcium levels in the blood and the maintenance of bones. Contains iron to compensate for menstrual losses, biotin and zinc which contribute to the maintenance of skin and hair and with selenium and zinc for the maintenance of normal nails.
Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, with food and with the aid of fluids.
The tablet can be swallowed whole or divided into two halves if required.
You can take it for long periods to help supplement your diet.
Care Instructions
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before you start taking this product. This product contains iron, which may be harmful to children if taken accidentally in high doses. If you are taking other supplements, read the composition as they may contain the same ingredients. Vitamins are non-fattening as they have no calorific value. If in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice.
