Multivitamin and multimineral formula specially developed for women over 50 with enhanced amounts of vitamins and minerals that help meet postmenopausal nutritional needs. With higher Vitamin D content (compared to previous formulas), which contributes to normal Calcium levels in the blood and the maintenance of bones. The formula contains biotin for the maintenance of skin and hair and selenium to maintain normal nails. Centrum Woman 50+ also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, with food and with the aid of fluids.
The tablet can be swallowed whole or divided into two halves if required.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
You can take it for long periods to help supplement your diet.
