ELGYDIUM CLINIC ORTHOPROTECT Orthodontic Waxes are wax bars that are used to coat the brackets and other parts of orthodontic appliances and thus protect the oral mucosa and gums against abrasion and minor injuries caused by them. The wax is moulded and placed on the structures of the orthodontic appliances, especially on the sharp parts.
Instructions for use
Warm a small amount of orthodontic wax between your fingers so that it can be placed on the appliance. Dry the brackets and the archwire of the appliance. Separate a piece of wax, mould it with your fingers and place it on the parts of the appliance that cause injury or irritation.
