Ordering and Shipping
The total price of the order is calculated in the shopping cart, adding the value of shipping (when applicable) at the time of checkout. Any valid discount code can be added at checkout.
The postage is calculated automatically, according to the order's weight and the availability of our contracted carriers for the delivery region.
W2ME has established partnership with the following companies:

- Delnext
The invoice is processed automatically after order confirmation and corresponding payment by the customer.
To proceed with the return, the same must be requested through the email [email protected]and the order number should be given. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.
W2ME, in compliance with legal requirements, enables the return or exchange of the products it sells by complying with the following rules:
- Returns are requested within 14 days after the arrival of the products;
- The product is in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels/seal/other protective marking.
The orders are prepared in order to ensure the integrity of all products contained in it. However, situations of flaws and errors in transport can happen. W2ME is prepared to assist in these situations through the email [email protected]

A w2me.pt offers the following payment methods:

- Paypal
At the moment, W2ME does not offer this payment method.
Delivery Deadlines
After dispatch (and barring exceptional situations), the average dispatch times are as shown below:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days
- Madeira and Azores: 2 to 5 working days
- Spain: 2 to 3 working days
- Europe: 2 to 10 working days
