By accessing W2ME.pt, the user agrees with the terms described in these Terms and Conditions and should refrain from using the website if he does not agree with them.
W2ME reserves the right to modify, alter or update the conditions and policies of use at any time.
The W2ME brand and the W2ME.pt website, which aims to sell cosmetic, health and wellness products, are owned by the company Nuno Augusto Unipessoal, Lda, based in Av. Bombeiros Voluntários, R. da Urbanização Martinhos Lote L R/C, nº157, 6270-532 Seia and with NIF 508710308. This company is registered at Conservatória de Seia.

All the information included in W2ME.pt is for information purposes only, and often the information referring to products or services is presented in a summarized way. The existing links referring to websites of third parties serve only to provide a source or reinforcement of the information present, not being W2ME's responsibility the veracity and actuality of the information.
Efforts are constantly being made to ensure that the information is up to date.

Prices
The sale prices, presented in W2ME.pt with VAT at the applicable legal rate, are determined by W2ME and may be changed at any time, without alteration of the values associated to orders already confirmed.
In case of marking errors of the products, the prices may only be subject to change in cases where the customer has not yet received the products. In this case, we will contact the customer in order to rectify the prices.
The products available on our site may undergo price reduction, in the form of sales, throughout the year.
Additionally, and according to the shipping address, shipping fees may apply, being the customer fully responsible for their payment.
Invoicing Software
The invoicing software used is provided by the company Moloni, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
The Invoice will be generated and sent by email, in accordance with the company's environmental and sustainability concerns.
Personal Details
The personal data that is collected by W2ME will be treated in strict compliance with the applicable legislation.
W2ME guarantees the confidentiality of all the data provided by our clients. The data may only be used in cases where there is authorization for the same, and for the communication of campaigns and offers.
The client may at any time request the deletion of his client account and request the cancellation of any communication from W2ME.

All logos, images, brands and other audiovisual resources available on this website are owned by the company that owns W2ME or its suppliers and are protected by International Copyright Law. Importat of Products
All products and brands available on our website are authorized for marketing and consumption in Portugal, being the responsibility of the consumer to confirm the legislation regarding these products or substances they contain in their country of residence. In cases where the product is returned due to the impossibility of entering the country, the value will be returned to the customer, deducted of any costs associated with shipping / customs expenses.

Parcel Delivery
Excluding exceptional situations, all products presented on the website are available in stock, and are available for the immediate satisfaction of orders. Thus, we are committed to making the delivery in the shortest time possible.
After confirmation of payment, the dispatch time may vary between 1 and 3 working days, with delivery guaranteed within a maximum of 14 working days. In times of high volumes of orders, this time may be affected.
After dispatch, the average dispatch times are as shown below:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days
- Madeira and Azores: 2 to 5 working days
- Spain: 2 to 3 working days
- Europe: 2 to 10 working days
- Rest of the World: 2 to 10 working days
The deadlines presented are estimated deadlines, and it is possible that in situations of physical or structural impediments they may be exceeded.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and may incur additional costs if orders need to be reshipped.
In the exceptional case that we are unable to complete the order, a refund of the amounts involved will be made.
Shiping
The shipping cost is calculated for each order, depending on the number of products, destination and urgency of the shipment, with shipping alternatives being presented when they exist.
Todas as encomendas para Portugal Continental, estarão sujeitas a envio gratuito acima de 24,99€ euros para recolha em pontos pickup e 34,99€ para entrega em casa.
For the calculation of the order value, the prices of the products will be considered after all applicable discounts have been applied.
Theft, Failures and Misplacements
Orders are covered by the shipping insurance of the carrier, in case of theft or loss. In these cases, the customer will be contacted in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Any situation deemed anomalous should be reported to the customer support lines.
Damaged products or incorrect shipments
We ask customers to check their order upon delivery to ensure that it is in order. We try to maintain the highest standard in order preparation and confirmation, however it is possible that problems may occur.
We apologise if there is any problem with your order, however we are available to help you solve it. Each situation will be analysed and treated individually, and solved as quickly as possible.
Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled by W2ME if:
- The payment is not made within the stipulated period
- Product price is incorrectly marked (manual or computer error)
- Product unavailability
Warranty
All products sold by W2ME are protected by the supplier's quality guarantee, and if any anomaly is detected in the products, it should be reported to the email [email protected]. Any deterioration occurring after delivery shall not be considered.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body, which can be consulted www.consumidor.pt
Exchanges and Returns
W2ME, in compliance with legal requirements, enables the return or exchange of the products it sells by complying with the following rules:
- Returns are requested within 14 days after the arrival of the products;
- The product is in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels/seal/other protective marking;
To proceed with the return, the same must be requested through the email [email protected]and the order number should be given. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.
After receiving the returned order, W2ME will proceed to refund the amount paid through the same means of payment, in situations where it is verified the compliance of all rules stipulated for the issue of the refund. To the refund will be deducted the shipping costs of the order.
